Group Fitness - PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION
Service Description
$15 - per class, per person Group Fitness w/Coach Carr 1st Tuesday - "Back 2 Basics Step". This is a beginners step class. This is the class where you can come learn, ask questions, and perfect moves all while having fun and burning calories. 2nd & 4th Tuesday - "Straight UP Step". This is an advanced step class. You’ll burn calories and shape your body with lots of varied, but never complex, choreography. Straddles and repeaters, V-steps and marches, step touches and knee lifts, turn steps and over the tops — this class features all your step favorites, making it fun with tempo variations and directional changes. If you are looking for a class that can help increase your strength, lose body fat, and gain cardiovascular endurance – come join us! All levels of fitness are welcome. You can do the moves without a Step too! We've got you covered! Participants must bring their own board (and risers if desired). 3rd & 5th Tuesday - "Total Body Blast". This class is designed to work the total body! You will never know what to expect! Some days we may have circuit training with equipment, some days it may be all calisthenics. Whatever the format, the goal is to challenge and encourage you to be RENEWED! Come prepared to sweat, breathe hard and get fit!

Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your session for a full refund up to 1 hour before the date and time of the session. Cancellation requests made after the 1 hour window may not receive a refund. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
